At Aroma we specialize in the design and manufacture of espresso capsule machines, entirely made in Italy. We research and develop innovative and intelligent solutions to make our machines increasingly popular both in Italy and abroad. We are a young company and for this reason we are able to innovate and adapt to the increasingly demanding market demands. We never stop!

Craftsmanship at its finest: Regardless of the production volume, the production of our aroma machine remains an artisanal endeavor, making each individual device a unique masterpiece. All planning, testing and production takes place exclusively in Italy. Innovation is very important to us, which is why we continuously research and develop our products. Virtually plastic-free
The use of plastic and plastic has been reduced to a possible minimum, this applies to the machine and packaging.

Patented brewing group
With adjustable pad press, removable filter holder and a set temperature of 93°C.

All products have low consumption thanks to the patented brewing group and require only 400 watts.

History, environment, health, quality, diversity and other benefits of the E.S.E. system

History
The name E.S.E. Pads stands for Easy Serving Espresso. As early as 1972, the company Illy Caffè developed the first Easy Serving Espresso Pad made of coffee powder and filter paper, and in 1989 the E.S.E. standard, which is still valid today, was defined.

Environment
Thanks to their two components – coffee powder and paper – coffee pods are fully compostable. Compared to coffee capsules made of aluminium or hard plastic, they are therefore more resource-efficient and environmentally friendly.

Health
In contrast to capsules, the hot brewing water of E.S.E. coffee portions is guaranteed not to come into contact with aluminum, plastic, paint or glue. Traces of such foreign substances have no chance of entering your body.

Quality and variety
The pads guarantee constant top quality, a reproduction in consistent top quality, guaranteed with every cup. Airtight sealed portion packs preserve the aroma and the coffee is always fresh and tasty. Large selection of coffees available, because most renowned roasters, but also many quality-conscious micro-roasters, also offer their products as E.S.E. pods.

Practical and Clean
With E.S.E. pads, there is no need to grind the beans, practical and clean without powder residues thanks to the pre-portioned units of 7g per pod (most capsules contain just 5.5 grams). In addition, it is possible to simply change the flavor or variety with each cup, without having to have any beans left over or having to readjust the grinder.
